Ally A.Ngowo (PHR (2021); Msc. HRM (2011-2013); BPA-HRM (2005-2008) is the Human Resource and Administration practitioner currently working as an Assistant Director of Ethics Promotion at President’s Office Public Service Management and Good Governance.

Mr. Ngowo has 15 years experience in Human Resource Management and Administration performing various human resource and labour relations roles since graduated Bachelor degree of Public Administration in Human Resource from Mzumbe University (MU), Tanzania – 2008.
He has served under Ministry of Labour, Youth, Employment, and Persons with Disabilities; Sokoine University of Agriculture; and President’s Office Public Service Management and Good Governance.
Prior being appointed as Assistant Director, Ethics Promotion at POPSMGG in 2021, Mr. Ngowo served as Labour Officer at the PMO-LYED, Human Resource Practitioner at Sokoine University of Agriculture and POPSMGG. During that time, he performed various human resource management assignments including interview, recruitment, performance management, human resource planning, disciplinary proceedings, and also application of Human Capital Management Information Systems.
Mr. Ngowo is currently serving as Intergrity Committee Member of POPSMGG, TCDC as well as Ministry of Information, Communication and Information Technology.
Mr. Ngowo is also a coach in human resource management and labour relations fields.
